The Lab
The Geminoid Lab is set up as an observation lab. The core of the lab consists of two rooms: the geminoid room and the control room.
The geminoid room pretty much looks like an office, and it is the home of Geminoid-DK. When you enter the room you typically find the DK sitting behind his desk working on a laptop.

The control room is "backstage". This is where we keep all the computers and other equipment needed to operate the robot. It is also where we keep and work on the research data. During a single experiment with maybe 20 participants, we can easily generate 100 GB of research data.

The Geminoid Lab is part of the Center for Computer-mediated Epistemology, and is located at the Department of Communicationa at Aalborg University. This means that we share meeting rooms and other facilities with researchers from other projects.
